10:15 - 10:25	2	Egg-Großdorf. Via Ittensberg, Gülkewies, Finnalpe, Guntenalpe pased Tristenkopf along narrow steep trails with a lot of ups and downs to Hintere Niedere to pass the baton to the paragliders.
11:16 - 12:30	3	Hintere Niedere, change to the Paragleiter

Paragliding:
7 km / takeoff / buoy / target landing

11:16 - 12:30	3	Start from Hintere Niedere, fly around 1 buoy and target landing at the next to the power station
11:30 - 13:00	4	Andelsbuch power station, one penalty round (400 m) per mistake.

White water kayaking:
7 km, 4 m cliff takeoff, rapids, slalom, eskimo roll

11:30 - 13:00	4	Paddlers start at Andelsbuch power station, 4 m cliff start, 1 buoy and a 2 m waterfall after 8 meters, white water race through Egg.
11:45 - 13:30	5	Upstream sector at the "Eck in Egg", just before finish line paddlers have to perform one more slalom and a Eskimo roll.
12:00 - 14:00	1	Over to mountainbike at HIGH 5 Center

Mountain biking:
30 km/1400 altitude meters, forest paths, trails, portages, downhill

12:00 - 13:20	1	Mountain bikers start from HIGH 5 area - Lingenau station.
13:20	1	Mass start of all remaining mountain bikers!
12:05 - 13:30	6	To Lingenau on gravel roads.
13:30 - 14:45	6	Across Rotenberg to Hittisau on gravel roads and trails.
12:30 - 14:00	7	Gravel road from Lecknertal toll station and Portage along a narrow extremely steep path to Hochhäderich. Enormous downhill across meadows and along single trails, passing through Hittisau.
13:20 - 16:00	8	Highest point on the mountainbike track
13:00 - 16:05	2	Alogn Suberach to Großdorf, from there back to HIGH 5 area - Lingenau station.
