Outdoortrophy is a super team competition consisting of four sports:
mountain running, paragliding, white water kayaking, and mountain biking.

Task 1 - mountain running:
start: Lingenau Station / course (15 km / 1400 hm) along a stream called Breganzerach, via Egg, Grossdorf, Ittensberg, Gülkewies, Finnalpe and Tristenkopf / finish: Leo's Hut at Niedere.
Task 2 - paragliding:
start: Leo's Hut at Niedere / activities: run (about 10 minutes) to Hintere Niedere, carrying full equipment / take-off, speed flight araound a buoy / finish: spot landing at Andelsbuch power station.
Task 3 - white water kayaking
start: Andelsbuch power station / activities: paddlers run to a ramp carrying their kayak, get into their kayak, do a 4m cliff start, pass a 2m waterfall, the Egg weir, some rapids, do a slalom and an eskimo roll / finish: at High 5 Center
Task 4 - mountain biking
start: High 5 Center / course (30 km - 1600 hm) via Rotenberg, Hittisau, Lecknertal, Hochhäderich, Hittisau, Lingenau, Grossdorf, and along the old railway line / finish: High 5 Center.
